Every set watched. Every program written by a real coach.

Our story
IRONROOT Athletic Club started in 2017 because a national-level powerlifter got tired of watching people train hard and go nowhere. Not because they were lazy. Because nobody was actually coaching them. Programs were generic. Sets went unwatched. Progress was a guess. That wasn't good enough. So IRONROOT was built from scratch to fix it — a structured strength gym where every program is written by a certified coach and every working set gets eyes on it.
The standard here is non-negotiable. Six athletes per coach, maximum. Not six per class. Six per coach, per session, so your form gets corrected before it becomes an injury and your effort actually translates to results. Every coach holds an NSCA-CSCS or USAW Level 2 credential. These aren't enthusiastic people who passed a weekend course. They're qualified professionals who know how load, fatigue, and progression actually work — and they write your program by hand, not by algorithm.
Seven years in, nothing about that has changed. Your numbers live in a private tracking app so you can see exactly where you started and how far you've come. There are no long-term contracts because the coaching should be reason enough to stay. Come in skeptical. Come in out of shape. Come in not knowing a deadlift from a squat. That's exactly what IRONROOT was built for.
