In our Small-Group sessions, your program is written by a certified coach before you walk in the door. No whiteboard WODs, no follow-the-leader reps, no guessing what weight to use. You train your program, alongside up to five other athletes who are training theirs.
The 6:1 ratio isn't a marketing number. It's a hard cap. Your coach sees your setup, your depth, your bar path. If something's off, they tell you before it becomes an injury.
